The Greater Rochester Spina Bifida Association is a non profit that works to promote physical, emotional and social well-being of people with Spina Bifida and other disabilities. After meeting with some of the board members i was asked to assist them with their rebranding.
With this new rebrand the GRSBA wanted to move away from typical logos that depict a person in a wheelchair. This is because Spina Bifida can look different for anyone who lives with it. Instead the board wanted a logo that speaks to the city of Rochester and gave a sense of community
The logo features iconic buildings found in downtown Rochester NY along with the Frederick Douglass–Susan B. Anthony Memorial Bridge.
